2. Payments and Refunds
Ticket payments are processed through secure payment providers. Event organisers are responsible for their published event policies unless a legal requirement applies.

Creators must keep account access secure and provide accurate event, pricing, and attendee information.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
