How do I get my ticket after paying?
It's issued immediately. You'll see your QR pass on the confirmation screen and receive a link you can reopen any time from your order reference.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout only asks for your name, email, and phone so we can deliver the ticket and the organiser can identify you at the door.
Can I buy several tickets at once?
Yes. Choose your quantity per ticket type and you'll get a separate scannable pass for each guest in the same order.
What if the event is cancelled?
Refunds are handled by the organiser under the policy shown on their event page. Contact them first, and reach our support team if you need help.
How much does it cost to sell tickets?
Creating an event and listing ticket types is free. A service fee applies per ticket sold, shown clearly before you publish.
